Ice Skating Rules & Regulations

Please Read Clearly and Abide by the Following General Rules of the Centre
 
 

• All children under the age of 13 must be supervised at all times.
• Only Food and Beverage supplied within the Centre may be consumed in the Centre with the exception of Birthday Cakes.
• No Smoking signs are to be adhered to. 
• Contents placed in the Lockers are the individual’s own responsibility.
• Management takes NO responsibility for lost personal belongings.
• No running in the Centre is permitted.
• Management will NOT be held responsible for Personal Injury anywhere in the Centre.
• Customers are kindly requested to clear their accounts prior to leaving the Centre. Management will not entertain any subsequent claims.
• Management will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to property in the Car Park.
• ‘Credit’ will not be entertained.
• Management reserves the right to withdraw individual memberships at any time.
• Management reserves the right to amend its prices at any given time.
• Management reserves the right to refuse entrance/service to an individual.
• Management reserves the right to seek compensation from any individual found misusing or damaging Funland’s property.
• All Complaints must be directed to Management.

As an aid to your enjoyment of the game and in the interest of other bowlers, you are kindly requested to observe the following
 
 

• WEAR appropriate footwear on the approaches.
• USE a ball of the correct weight (if unsure seek the attendant’s assistance)
• DO NOT Loft the Ball.
• WAIT until the first ball has returned before throwing a second ball.
• DO NOT stand on the approach while awaiting the ball to return.
• GIVE WAY to players on your immediate right
• DO NOT place your hand inside or near the return rack; failure to adhere to this rule may result in a serious accident for which Funland will accept No responsibility.
• SEEK the assistance of the attendants to retrieve stray pins from the gutter.
• DO NOT go beyond the Foul Line.
• DO NOT consume food or beverages on the approach.
• DO NOT smoke on the approach.
• RETURN the ball to the ball rack 
• CLEAR the bowling area of your own personal belongings.
• USE the Lockers provided for storing bowling equipment.
• DO NOT leave bowling balls/bags loose, use the lockers.
• DO NOT lean on equipment, use provided chairs.
• Bowling fees must be paid prior to leaving the Centre. 
• ‘Credit’ will not be entertained.

NOTE:
Funland will not be held responsible for loss or damage to customer’s bowling balls or personal belongings
 

Funland Management
 

Please observe the following:
 

1. Skate in a manner that does not endanger or interfere with other skaters 
2. Roughness, excessive speeding or weaving through other skaters is strictly prohibited.
3. Skaters must follow the flow of traffic
4. No figure skating or backward skating is permitted except in designated area.
5. No more than two (2) people may skate next to each other.
6. No valuable items i.e. loose accessories, jewelry, coins, foods, drinks, camera, walkman, radio, mobile etc.) Should be brought into the ice rink
7. Smoking is not allowed in the skating rink.
8. Sitting or clinging on the handrail is strictly forbidden.
9. Rented skating boots must be returned in the same condition
10. Persons who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or other substances will be asked to leave the centre.
11. Fun Land Centre staff will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal property.
12. For your comfort we recommend the following items of clothing should be worn: Hand gloves, Trousers/leg warmers, Sport socks & Helmets for small children.

REMINDERS:

Ticket is non-refundable.

These Rules are for the Safety of our Customers. Please observe them.
Management / Operators shall NOT be Responsible for Injuries caused by Accident Or Non-Observance of the House Rules.
